London Soft Tissue Therapy Disclaimer

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in soft tissue therapy sessions provided by London Soft Tissue Therapy. I understand that the services offered may include but are not limited to massage therapy, dry needling, electroacupuncture, cupping, stretching, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM), trigger point work, mobilisation, and articulation.

I understand that the soft tissue therapy provided by London Soft Tissue Therapy is intended for the management of musculoskeletal problems, including but not limited to joint pain, tissue relaxation, stress reduction, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of overall well-being. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

I understand that the soft tissue therapy techniques used by London Soft Tissue Therapy may involve physical touch and manipulation of the body’s soft tissues. While the therapists are trained professionals, there are risks associated with any manual therapy, including but not limited to bruising, soreness, and temporary discomfort.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect my ability to safely participate in soft tissue therapy sessions. I understand that withholding relevant information may increase the risk of injury.

I understand that the therapists at London Soft Tissue Therapy will not provide an official diagnosis of my condition. Treatment will be based on their findings and the information provided by me. Any recommendations made are based on the therapist’s professional judgment and are not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

I release London Soft Tissue Therapy, its therapists, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur as a result of participating in soft tissue therapy sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

I understand and agree that the therapists at London Soft Tissue Therapy shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or adverse reactions that may occur during or after the soft tissue therapy sessions, regardless of the cause, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the therapist. I hereby release the therapists from any and all liability, including but not limited to liability for negligence, except as provided herein.

I have read and understand the terms of this disclaimer. I voluntarily consent to receive soft tissue therapy from London Soft Tissue Therapy therapists now and in the future, in accordance with this disclaimer and the latest terms and conditions set out on the London Soft Tissue Therapy website, which I can read here.

This disclaimer and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the law of England and Wales.
